Course One - Roasted tomato & butternut Bisque with smoked paprika, topped with candied bacon twist, rosemary, and blistered cherry tomato. Paired with Pumpkin ESB
Course Two - Roasted pear & whipped goat cheese toast with arugula, beet drizzle and pomegranate crisp baguette. Paired with Pomegranate HBIC Sour
Course Three - Blackened Salmon with Brie Mac & Cheese, rice loaf, crispy collard greens, & citrus-thyme glaze Paired with Citra IPA
Course Four - Slow-braised pork short ribs with sweet potato trio & autumn sauces. Paired with Joey D’s Dusseldorf Alt
Course Five - Spiced oatmeal cookie sandwich filled with maple-espresso cream and drizzled with coffee glaze. Paired with Design District Coffee Stout
