Craft Your Own Incense - Sweater Weather Edition

There’s more magic in pumpkin spice than meets the eye. In this seasonal twist on our Make Your Own Incense Cones workshop, we’ll explore the warm, familiar spices of fall through both scent and traditional magical correspondences. Ingredients commonly found in pumpkin spice blends—such as cinnamon, clove, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice—have long been associated in folk and magical traditions with protection, prosperity, abundance, luck, warmth, and attraction. You’ll learn the basics of crafting your own incense cones from loose botanical ingredients, then create a custom pumpkin-spice-inspired blend to take home. We’ll talk about how each ingredient contributes to both the fragrance and the intention of your incense, giving you the opportunity to formulate a blend focused on welcoming abundance, protecting the home, celebrating the harvest season, or simply filling your space with the comforting scent of autumn. No incense-making experience is necessary. All materials and supplies are included. Come get your hands a little messy, make something magical, and bottle up the feeling of fall—one incense cone at a time.
