Reverie Impact Cinema: Selma Screening

In the spirit of Reverie’s mission, “To precipitate positivity in the communities we serve”, our film series serves as a conduit to connect our communities, building awareness, forming alliances, and combining our resources to collectively help to improve the quality of life for those around us. Films are selected intentionally to connect audiences to novel causes, to promote ideas worth sharing, to illustrate opportunities to help, and to inform us about ourselves. By connecting with relevant local non-profit organizations, we collaborate to broaden awareness of the many opportunities to help within our communities.

For November, our non-profit partner is the Wichita branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) to highlight Voting Rights. The NAACP's mission is to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate racial hatred and racial discrimination."
