Class Overview:
Participants will learn to create three elevated holiday desserts using seasonal ingredients: Cranberry-Orange Tart, Apple Cinnamon Scones with Maple Glaze, and Pear Almond Cake with Caramel Drizzle. Students will gain tips on presentation, layering flavors, and decorating festive desserts.
