Family ArtVenture: Holiday Open House

On December 6, WAM will be a winter wonderland of creativity! Meet Santa, enjoy performances, festive storytimes, and make art to take home.

Enjoy wintry activities in the Beren Conference Room, play games, and see a charming miniature train display. In the Farha Great Hall, listen to storytimes and lively tunes by DJ Carbon. Create your own winter-inspired artwork from WAM’s collection, and warm up with a cup of hot cocoa—topped just the way you like it.

11 am – 3 pm:

◆ Wintry fun in the Beren Conference Room, including games, crafts, and a delightful miniature train display

◆ Pictures with Santa & The Grinch

◆ Storytime with Elsa (12–2 PM)

◆ Festive performances in the Farha Great Hall, including storytimes and tunes by DJ Carbon

◆ Seasonal artmaking inspired by depictions of winter in WAM’s collection

◆ Cocoa Bar with all your favorite toppings

◆ End the afternoon with a few happies—WAM and the Friends of the Wichita Art Museum’s way of saying thank you for spending your Saturday with us!
